This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Jackson’s Cool Stuff currently delivers to UK addresses only.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and, where available, a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options and Charges

Our current UK delivery options are:

Standard Delivery – £2.99
Estimated total delivery time: 4–6 working days.
Free Standard Delivery – orders of £15 or more
Estimated total delivery time: 3–5 working days.
Express Delivery – £6.99
Estimated total delivery time: 2–3 working days.

The delivery times shown above are estimated total delivery times and include our normal processing and dispatch period.

Free Delivery Threshold

Free Standard Delivery is available on qualifying UK orders with an order value of £15 or more.

Orders below £15 are subject to the applicable delivery charge shown at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international delivery through this website.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, bank holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the dispatch process.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier.
