Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). The delivery estimates below are the total estimated time from placing your order and include dispatch:

Standard UK delivery: £2.99 — 4–6 working days.
Free standard UK delivery: orders over £15 — 3–5 working days.
Express UK delivery: £6.99 — 2–3 working days.

The available service and final charge are shown at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible defective and non-defective items within 14 days. Items must be new, unused and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, email hello@jacksonscoolstuff.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. Approved returns are made by post.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide the appropriate seller-paid remedy. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items, subject to availability.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

Orders and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When tracking is available, the dispatch email will include the carrier and tracking details.
